Our floor depths are between 12 24 depending on your needs with steel bar joists embedded into 3 concrete panels depth of joists may vary and poured into slightly cambered molds at 5000psi containing embedded 6 x6 welded wire mesh.

Structo crete structural concrete panels are 4 x 8 x 3 4 thick and weigh approximately 5 3 psf. The strength and usablity of precast concrete floor joists left in the open witout any protection for a year when a housing project was abandoned were proved by load test on a slab section incorporating the poorest joists. Our concrete joists offer convenient and fast suspended flooring the solution. Unlike softwood and timber floor joists concrete is resistant to mould and rot and will not distort over time which means no squeaky floors.

It is a concrete product with 5 500 psi. In an exemplary embodiment the joist comprises generally horizontal opposite. Our composite system is economical fast and virtually maintenance free. And with a pre tensioned tendons as its reinforcements.

The result is a quiet strong and fire resistant flooring with a long lifespan. A precast prestressed concrete joist having web openings through which mechanical and electrical equipment may pass.
